Cancel appointment

The appointment can be canceled or changed free of charge up to 24 hours* before the appointment.

In case of cancellation within 24 hours, we are forced to charge 50% of the treatment price. When this has been paid, a new appointment can be made.

No Show

If you do not show up for the appointment, without having mentioned this, we are forced to charge 50% of the treatment price. When this has been paid, a new appointment can be made.

72 hours warranty

Do you have a complaint about the eyelash extensions? Report this within 72 hours, so we can remove or fix the eyelash extensions free of charge. We do not refund.

When do we not recommend extensions?

We do not recommend getting eyelash extensions if you suffer from any of the following problems:

  • Glaucoma
  • Cataract
  • Very dry eyes
  • Excess tear fluid
  • Red eyes (eye inflammation)
  • Diabetic retinopathy

If you are afraid that you will have an allergic reaction, you can take a test set. Read more about this in the folder below.

Test set of lashes for possible allergies

If you are afraid of getting an allergic reaction, we offer a test set . The costs for this are €10. A few eyelash extensions will be placed, but these will hardly be visible. If your eyes do not respond well to this, the test set will be removed free of charge.

 

We are not responsible for allergic reactions.

Refund

You pay for the time, products and other costs incurred to properly perform your treatment.

No refunds will ever be given for services for any reason. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your complaint or concerns.

We will do our best to resolve your complaint.

Too late for the appointment

If you are late, please let us know by calling or texting.

From 15 minutes late it is no longer feasible to help you further, so you lose your deposit and have to schedule a new appointment.

Return

Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt.* To return a product, it must be in the condition in which you received the product. It must also be returned in the original packaging. To return a product, you are expected to create a shipping label yourself. For more questions or assistance, please contact customer service.

*With the exception of eyelash glue and digital products.

Dispatch

We aim to ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. However, it could happen that this slows down a bit. We will inform you of this in an e-mail.

Parcel delayed or lost?

You will receive a track & trace code when the order is shipped. Should it happen that the parcel service loses the package or delays the delivery, this is not our responsibility. We do do everything we can to resolve this with you and the parcel service.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders zijn producten die momenteel niet op voorraad zijn, maar ieder moment op voorraad kunnen komen, en op dit moment direct verzonden worden. Bestellingen die pre-order producten bevatten worden verzonden op moment dat het product weer op voorraad is. Mocht u de producten die op voorraad zijn eerder te willen ontvangen dan het pre-order product, dient u aparte bestellingen te plaatsen.
